The Rev. Dr. Marty Kuchma is senior pastor of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Westminster, Maryland, in addition to his teaching duties in the Doctor of Ministry program at Lancaster Seminary. He also serves as adjunct faculty and field education consultant in the Social Work Department of McDaniel College, Westminster, MD.

Marty’s areas of specialization include listening as an act of love, ethnographic methodology, and models for courageous conversation about challenging topics.
