Lancaster and Moravian Union Complete 

Moravian University has completed its acquisition of Lancaster Theological Seminary following final approval from the U.S. Department of Education. The seminary will now merge with Moravian Theological Seminary to form Moravian University’s School of Theology. This strategic consolidation, first approved by both institutions’ boards in 2021 and endorsed by the Moravian Church’s Northern Province Synod, creates a unified approach to theological education.
