Executive Assistant to the President
Lancaster Theological Seminary is seeking a seasoned communications and administrative professional for its FT Executive Assistant to the President position.

The Executive Assistant to the President is charged with maintaining high-quality communications across all seminary constituencies, including donors, trustees, faculty, staff and students. Proficiency with all Microsoft programs, particularly databases, is critical, as is file maintenance and event planning skills. Financial Aid Officer/Counselor 
Lancaster Theological Seminary's Admissions Office is seeking to fill a part-time position titled Financial Aid Officer/Counselor, to begin as soon as possible. This position assists the Director of Admissions by serving as Lancaster Theological Seminary’s financial aid officer and counselor for the Stafford loan program with authorization to transmit all pertinent data and assist students with all aspects of obtaining federal student loans. In addition, for the years 2013-2015 this position will work with the Lilly grant project manager to counsel students in managing their student debt. Lancaster Seminary is looking for candidates with successful and relevant loan officer/counselor experience, proven leadership ability, proficiency with technology, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Initiative, innovation, imagination and persistence are a must.
