Exciting & Unique Environment – Dynamic minister needed for a very young & hip urban community. In this extremely safe pocket of Baltimore, located on a peninsula, everything is in walking distance (or water taxi). This growing upscale historical neighborhood is experiencing a trend of new young professionals buying homes alongside families generations old.

The blend brings new needs to our church. Our new minister should have the ability to reach out to our new neighbors and find a balance that embraces our heritage & tradition, while creating a welcoming environment that addresses contemporary Christian ideas. Messages from the pulpit should offer guidance for current global & local concerns as well as giving our members something to personally think about between Sundays.

It is an exhilarating time in our churches’ life! Our crossroad requires leadership skills emphasizing a passion for Christ and Paul’s goal to bring life full circle with church in the center. Our new leader should “walk the talk” and be proactive in our mission to bring new members to our congregation. Our church is a treasure with amazing potential. We need a committed person who can establishment relationships in a neighborhood that is growing faster than we are. If you like to build, create and try new ideas, please consider this unique opportunity!
