This annual event is for LTS students to explore options available to
them for their Field Education placements. The fair is set up like a
vendor marketplace, with each possible Field Education site represented.
Students
must choose a site for their field education no later than May 1, 2013
for the 2013-2014 academic year. They begin in the site no later than
September 16, 2013. All 100 level and 200 level Master of Divinity
students are expected to attend.
FIELD EDUCATION SITE REQUIREMENTS
If
you would be interested in attending the fair as a possible Field
Education site, we will provide a space for you to set up a small
display about your site. There will be plenty of opportunity for you to
chat with students and make plans to get together for a more detailed
discussion with them at a later time of your choice.
We do ask
that you please review the Field Education Guidelines before returning
the Response Form to be sure you meet the criteria of a Teaching
Church/Teaching Institution.
