Congratulations on your acceptance to Lancaster Theological Seminary!

At Lancaster Seminary, the diverse faith traditions and perspectives of students and faculty bring energy and richness. Theological education is itself a form of spiritual discipline, and students in every program are encouraged to undertake studies in the context of worship, prayer and fellowship whether in the chapel, classroom or beyond.

Between now and the beginning of the Fall Semester there are a variety of tasks to be completed and important information for you to know found in the links below. In addition to the check list below, there are some frequently asked questions that are answered for your benefit.

Pre-Fall Term Intensives begin July 16 with an on-line elective, followed by the first component of Greek (which continues into the Fall Term), and the M.Div. required course MS101. The 14-week Fall Term begins Wednesday, September 5.


NEW STUDENT CHECK LIST

Important Dates:
  • Plan to attend New  Student Orientation - Monday, August 19, 2013
    For all students entering on or after January 1, 2012.

  • Plan to attend  the full New Student Orientation  - Monday, August 19, 2013
  • M.Div. [required] and MA(R) [highly recommended] students plan to participate in MS101 Intensive course August 26-29, 2013, including an overnight retreat September 6 & 7, 2013.
