Deadlines for Field Education DocumentsAcademic Year 2012-2013Learning CovenantsThe Learning Covenant Form must be completed, approved, signed, and submitted to their MS Seminary Team no later than 2 October, 2012. The covenant must reflect the student's current learning goals and vocational plans. Mid-year Feedback FormA mid-year feedback form from the Supervisor is due on 11 December 2012. The student is responsible for submitting the completed form to her/his MS Leader.
