DEAN OF ADMISSIONS
Qualifications: The successful candidate for this position will have demonstrated expertise in recruitment, admissions, financial aid, and marketing in higher education. Preference will be given to candidates who hold an earned degree (MDiv, MAR, DMin) and ordination.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will design and implement the admissions, recruitment, and financial aid strategies of the seminary with the goal of enrolling qualified students matching target goals set by faculty and administration. The Dean of Admissions will supervise staff including a Director of Recruitment, a Government Loan Officer/Counselor, and administrative staff, and student workers.
