Lancaster Theological Seminary’s Department of Continuing Education provides theological education and spiritual formation programs for pastors, lay persons, and congregations. Our Wholeness in Ministry program is aimed at providing spiritual formation for recently-ordained pastors serving in their first congregational call. The Summer Academy: A week-long program promoting lay theological education and continuing education for pastors with CEU’s awarded at the completion of the program. The Summer Academy integrates worship, the arts, music, spiritual formation, and academic classes as we practice and experience a leadership style that encourages balance in all areas. Lectures and Workshops on innovative themes in theology, the arts, worship, world Christianity, and stewardship, including the annual LGBT and African American Heritage Celebration Lectures.
